Congressman Dennis Kucinich is a Systocrat in the purest sense of the term - a man who can be consistently relied upon to speak and act upon the truth as he perceives it, without spin and regardless of the possible consequences to his own political career. Exhibit A - his introduction of articles of impeachment against Bush and Cheney a few months ago, which, although entirely warranted under Articles I and II of the Constitution, was ignored by virtually every politician in Washington, including Obama and Pelosi, as politically non-expedient at the time.
